In my mind, Tim's still the head coach. It's been his team for the last three years. This is still his baby until someone tells us otherwise. He's a good father, he knows ice better than anyone and his athletes want him at the track.

I'd be all right to start fresh next season. But we've got a good team. We've got a solid team. People forget that. And I'd love for one of our guys to have two more runs right now.

It's a whole different ballgame now. We are not in disarray. Our athletes are stepping up and they're absolutely going to do their job.

There's a misconception out there about this team. Some people back home might think that after all that's happened to this team, that we're going to blow this chance. Believe me, that is not going to happen.

We've got to cross our fingers and pray and hope that happens.

We'll do our best. We'll have a team meeting and just say that we are there and they should be there for business. What's going on in the outside world may be the focus of some people, but ours has to be to put up results. That's what we get paid to do and that's what they're there to do.
