(In Europe) they believe that when you're on the mountain, part of the experience is taking care of yourself, and they've focused their experience on, once you're in the resort, they'll take care of you.

(Colorado ski areas) have really pampered the people on the mountain. On the slopes, we have held their hand and been great at taking care of them.

I know that place reasonably well, but I would always take a guide on a not-so-sunny day.

This summit is necessary to shape policy and help us. We need to know what you see and experience everyday in the community, in the schools and in your neighborhoods. This is a way to help us better coordinate city services.

Successes are successes and failures are failures; we've definitely had our share of both, but we're [reaching] more donors and volunteers all the time.

It's important to note that we're not considered a charity, but if a project is selected as a recipient of a grant, we send the containers [of bike parts] for free.
