In corrections, you're working in a jail setting, prison setting, community setting, probation and parole.

I think the word is getting out about the professionalism in the field. I think people also see it as a secure job, which is unfortunate.

I don't think a lot of people understand what corrections is. They think of law enforcement and jail and instantly think they can be in corrections and do those career tracks as well.

No community wants to see a drop. That's one sign that your community isn't growing as fast as you might like it to. When you see it going in reverse, it's really hard to overcome that from a marketing perspective.

Hopefully the community will step up.
