I'm very excited about it, particularly for the summer. It's a lot of work. But it's great not having a boss. And I have some ideas.

I've worked in restaurants my whole life. It's hard work, but I've always loved it. I don't know if I could work in any other business.

I think the salads will really take off, especially in the summertime.

I can't say enough about Newport. It's such a homey, safe and comfortable place. And there are so many Irish. If I couldn't live in Newport, I think I'd just move back home. I don't think I'd want to find another place (in the United States).

But this is my dream, right here.

I've done some directing, the most recent work was an off-Broadway production of Romeo and Juliet done for the Riverside Shakespeare Company.
