I'm taking baby steps. Yeah, it's going to take a while. Slowly in practice, I can see that I'm getting more comfortable and going back to how I used to play — not being timid.

My knee has been fine. At first, it was hard because all of the tears were from contact. Anybody bumping me or anything made me nervous. I was more timid and shied away, and that's not me. Not at all. I'm learning to be confident and that I'll be OK if and when I play hard on it.

It took a lot out of me. It's a good feeling to play, it really is, but there are a lot of nerves.

I lost a lot of court sense in that time, so it has been a struggle trying to come back. I've been frustrated a lot. It's different because I haven't played for a while and I'm trying to adjust to a new level. I'm trying to find my spot on the team, what I can do for them, and I'd rather sit on the bench and cheer if that turns into a win.

Sure, it's hard coming into a game with a minute left, but this is what I need now. I need to start getting used to it, get into the games, even if it's at the end. It's good to be in there and to try to get a feel for the court again.

It's very frustrating. We're working hard and very well at practice, but it doesn't matter how you did in practice if you don't transfer it to the game.
