I'm sure Norwood is doing the thing they think they need to do from a financial standpoint to keep their company healthy. But from a human nature standpoint, it's a tragedy.

We thought that by selling, we would have much more capital available to us to grow faster, and we thought ultimately the company would be much more stable financially. It's turned out it's been the exact opposite.

There is a direct correlation between the number of people employed at the paper mill and our income tax.

It takes people to run a city. And they are expensive.

If they haven't complied with the legislation, it's an honest mistake, and we will comply.
