I'm still trying to figure out if I like it or not. It has taken a bit of getting used to, that's for sure.

We have a lot of younger guys competing in the field events, so it is going to take longer to get them where we want them. It is an area where we have always been strong in, but right now we are just a little bit young.

(The senior class) knows what it is all about; they have been there and done that for several years now. We had to find a lot of replacements for people last year; that's just the way it goes. I think we'd all like to see the senior class go out on top.

This will allow her to raise her grip and potentially jump higher. But she just has to take small steps and progress in the short term.

We are resting guys and making sure little things don't turn into bigger things. It is all about being healthy in the second half of the season.
