I am not a strong proponent of restructuring. People were rushing to conclusions - that's why I created the subcommittee. I see this document as a compromise to agree that it's about what the students want.

So I get it worked out beforehand so I can be really efficient in the studio.

Everyone has worked their butt off to get here. You get out here, you're back to square one. It doesn't matter that you're young or beautiful . . . beat everyone else out here, then you deserve recognition.

I'm just so sorry my wife and son aren't here to enjoy all this. Because they worked so hard for me. I'm reaping the benefits of their work here on earth. But I know I still have a job to do. I've got to make sure I do the best I possibly can so when I do see them again, I won't be hanging my head.
