I'm proud of our girls for the way they hit the ball today. One through nine did a great job.

Defensively again, we were inconsistent. Jennifer (Martin) was squeezed and we fell a sleep on defense and that is something that you cannot do in the playoffs.

The bridal gown of this season is going to have some color in it. Girls today are not so stuck on the traditional white gown. Brides don't feel that they need to wear white anymore.

I spoke with our girls about our defensive intensity before the game. I think we surprised them with that today, but we lost that in the second half.

It was hard getting back into it. But as a team we did really well today. All the girls had good times.

The girls played as a team today. I've stressed team from the word go. This has been our goal since the year started - to win districts.
