I'm not sure if other arrangements to buy zinc have already been made at this point. Generally, we buy products on contract for a length of time. The link of the contract is something that is based on the volatility of a particular product, and the price of zinc has been going up.

The improvements in the tax structure in Lake County, including the tax settlement and the personal property change in House Bill 1858 were the primary factors in our decision to go forward with the rebuild, and they will permit this major investment to generate a competitive return.
