I'm incredibly proud of these students.

It takes a lot for a student to open up to someone and these students have found someone that they can talk to.

I have been very surprised as to how many people have been supportive of our venture. Students have been very nice about it all, even if they don't necessarily want a mascot. Some have been apathetic to our cause, but most have been very supportive and very inquisitive.

We want to inform students what cheating is, what plagiarism is, and what happens if you do it.

I think some students will be upset but in a negotiation way, it's to keep a good relationship with the Athletic Department as well as the ASUO executive office. It's a good medium we've met.

Our effort has been good since then. This is a great bunch of kids, great students. They are leaders in the school. They responded very well.
