I'm here tonight, well past my bedtime, in order to be a witness to history. I wanted to be here the night you approve what can be described as a scientific, technological, economic grand prize.

There is a perverse incentive to overspend some, in order to get more.

It's a new role for me. In the past, I've played partners that were the less emotional leader. Now, I kind of take that role and it feels good. It's nice to be the one who kind of leads the team. It's been a nice role for me.

Our mistakes from the past are just that: mistakes. And they were necessary to make in order to become the wiser person we became.

We are blessed to have such wonderful history here in Fremont County. In order for it to be respected and admired by young and old, we first need to modify and rehabilitate.

As written, the voters will not have any authority over decisions like those made by past City Councils to shortchange the pension system.
