I'm going to use that as a motivation, as a student here at SUNY Canton to continue my goals and to make my goals happen.

Know what you want to do, hold the thought firmly, and do every day what should be done, and every sunset will see you that much nearer the goal.

Sure it?s motivation, ... You want to do your best and our two main goals every year (are) to win the conference championship and to make that playoffs.

It's great to have big goals. It's a source of motivation.

Only you can make your dreams and goals a reality because nobody is going to do it for you.

You may get skinned knees and elbows, but it's worth it if you score a spectacular goal.
