I'm concerned that they might try to do that. Who [Bush] picks to replace Barreto will tell us what direction they're going to try to take it. They may try to hire somebody to straighten it all out because of the bad approval ratings.

It's extremely important to move in a direction that will allow us to take advantage of WTO membership.

We didn't have to make any recommendation as such. That pre-dated us so that will be done by the Board. We discussed all aspects of it but there again that was before we came into being.

If there is (rule) clarity then that will definitely encourage us to move in that direction.

I belive that there is a subtile magnetism in Nature, which, if we unconsciously yield to it, will direct us aright. It is not indifferent to us which way we walk. There is a right way; but we are very liable from heedlessness and stupidity to take the wrong one. We would fain take that walk, never yet taken by us through this actual world, which is perfectly symbolical of the path which we love to travel in the interior and ideal world; and sometimes, no doubt, we find it difficult to choose our direction, because it does not yet exist distinctly in our idea.

I think we're moving in right direction. Our underlying results ... are strong. We're building a foundation that will serve us very well.
