Youth is fantastic and aging is difficult but youthful doesn’t always mean useful and age rhymes with sage for a reason.

Self-deprecation in the form or humor anything else should only be practiced by professionals, otherwise it's like defecating on you. Don’t expect accolades, those sympathetic smiles are hiding people’s realization that you may be a willing doormat.
