If you want your money to be used locally, you have to earmark it for local use.

We really need to make the (campaign) goal. We can't dip into our reserve fund because we just don't have that level of funding in the reserve fund like we would like.

We have simply outgrown this space and we want to be able to provide additional community resources in a user-friendly space.

This is not only an issue of space, but this building is not handicap-accessible. We want a building that is completely ADA compliant and is more user-friendly for volunteers.
