If you told me before the game they would shoot 31 percent, I would have been very, very pleased. Our guys communicated and really did a good job of grinding out a very tough win.

This is a huge win for our team, and our program. Hanover is, I think, one of the top five programs in Division III the last 10 years, so this feels good. To beat a program I respect like that, it's a very good feeling.

I couldn't ask for anything more for a defensive effort. We held a decent Hendrix team to 37 percent. We struggled with hitting shots, we shot 35 percent. But our mental toughness and defense pulled us through.
