If you stand at any major intersection . . . and take a picture looking down the roadway, it becomes obvious that a revision in our sign ordinance is needed.

What I'm looking at is this. If there were six or seven accidents at that intersection, I'd say we have a problem. But there haven't been any accidents.

Old religious dogma attempts to convince you that you are on a journey to God, then makes you pay tolls along that roadway.

It's a very effective tool in basically looking at issues such as pavement temperature, salinity of the roadway...and makes sure that we have the best intelligence out there.

I'm looking to see what the bigger picture is.

We're looking at a big picture. We need to know what's going on out there - to be able to tell people what's working and not working, and what needs to be under review.
