If you get on base a lot, that's how you score.

That was good execution on their part. We were way too far ahead of their pitcher. We have to sit back better than that. There were a lot of little things that cost us runs early, then wound up costing us big time.

I'm not surprised at all. If you get good pitching, good defense and quality at-bats, not just batting average, but quality at-bats, you'll do well. They take their at-bats seriously.

Our pitching has been very good and is what has carried us.
