If you can just tape some kind of test tube with a friend's urine in it to your thigh so it's about as warm as your natural body temp, then you're going to pass.

We had a special test to see if there were any surfactants (such as dish detergent) in a sample.

It's kind of gone back and forth. His hamstring has been bothering him and this is more of a thigh. What's keeping him out now is the thigh.

Several steps in the current test are difficult or inconclusive. You can imagine that with so many proteins in urine, the level of EPO you're trying to detect is very small. We know this technique works in the test tube, in a fish tank and a large tank. This is the big test to see if it works in a real river.
