Unfortunately, as our lawsuit shows today, those statements are patently false.

The type of people we get is a mixture, really. Some just want to go out and improve technical aspects of snowboarding. Other people want to learn about jumps. We will help them work on what they need.

With out-of-state people relocating and local renters joining the ranks of first-time homebuyers, the lots are expected to go fast. Pricing will be in the $180,000-$200,000 range.

Personally, I think it's pretty hard for our people to do that.

I like to work with people. I enjoy my job. I really enjoy it.
