If you are a math and science teacher in this country, you can choose many different places where you can go teach.

When districts get tight financially, they're cut back. When there is pressure to improve math scores, they show up again. Most districts are looking for any solution they can find to help meet annual yearly progress under No Child Left Behind.

You can't assume a cause and effect. In districts that are struggling, this seems to be something that does have promise.

It's something that's going to take time to adjust to. But it's a big improvement for science.

It's so foolish, the way our country has looked at napping. We have science that says it increases mood and performance, and we have a workplace that won't let its employees nap.

It's difficult, because math and science are areas where we're lacking around the country.
