If Willie goes out there every day, you lose a lot of your flexibility. I wouldn't mind using him out of a platoon situation, but I'd hate to send him out there every day.

I don't mind that this happened, I really don't. I think having some passion in this game is a good thing.

I think every day he walks out and you look at his face you realize you expect too much out of him because he's only 19 years old. He's going to be cursed and blessed his entire career. There are going to be big expectations for him. He's blessed in the fact that he probably can meet those expectations more times than not. It's kind of a double-edged sword.

I have not heard anybody that isn't in favor of having some flexibility in their schedule. Everybody I've talked to wants to do that.

The key word in this whole process is flexibility. At the end of the day, we need the flexibility to respond to opportunities in this volatile industry. This means . . . we can do that easily and quickly.

The president obviously wants the flexibility to bring together a team that will serve him and serve the nation well. The president also has a lot of loyalty.
