If we want some property in the future, 10 or 15 years from now, because somebody decides to build a city hall, then they can do a bond election and raise the taxes to build it.

The need for the city right now is a courthouse. The consensus has been to build a courthouse.

This will help us plot the plan for the future of our generating facility. It is a critical need for our area.
