If we can get on the range we'll be working on our short game. The course here isn't open yet, but hopefully this week we'll at least be able to get to the range.

I think our performance was pretty respectable. It is one of the best performances we've had at spring break since I've been here. Nobody was outstanding, but our scores were all pretty good.

It's a great vote of confidence in Seattle and will help our recruiting efforts for startups. People always want to see the area has momentum and that there are alternatives for their careers if they move to a new region.

We've invited all the past chairmen and those go back all the way into the 1960s, believe it or not.

I'd say by the end of May if we had somebody on site we'd be doing well.

There's no question that we've got to address a problem that is going to get worse before it gets better.
