If there isn't a (new) contract, there won't be deliveries.

Arbitration is a last resort, but if Ukraine is ready to do this we are ready too.

If there is no contract, there will be no supplies.

We have always supported the idea of parity management and we stick to it now. Moreover, we see the possibility of inviting a third, foreign partner into the consortium and of redistributing stakes in it accordingly, say, among Ukraine, Russia and Germany, because Germany was brain-father of this proposal.

Ukraine has wasted time in these talks, and now there can be no talk of US$160. The market situation has changed, and it's continuing to change.

The talks with Ukraine have dragged on for more than nine months and, regrettably, no progress has been reached.
