If that paperwork is not done, you're not going to be able to get any assistance for anybody. That's key in a disaster.

There was just some missing paperwork that had not been done. That has since been clarified. I know this makes everyone look bad.

Employers are frustrated because there is so much paperwork and oftentimes you don't know if things are real or not.

The residents will be individuals who are here because they need daily assistance, but that are able to get about and do things on their own.

We accept that our performances have not been up to standard, but we are not going to run away or hide from the problems. We will address them and look for long-term solutions.
