It's the problem of having a resource-driven market these are the kind of fluctuations you can expect.

The fluctuations in the bond market are all dollar-related. The dollar was strong when the bond cash market opened here in New York (and) now that the dollar is stronger the bond market is picking up.

Perhaps participants are growing accustomed to market fluctuations or they are simply waiting until the volatility subsides.

It's a very risky market.
