If people had read both forms, they would have understood they clearly said they can't be combined with both offers. We're not in the business of giving away products for free.

We opened it up to a few invited people, everyone that was affected.

We felt that there were probably enough people out there that in good faith ... thought we'd honor both rebates. We made a decision that benefits the customers.

The most important thing is that it's understood that the judge did state clearly that the current DPR regulation is a safe standard. This (lawsuit) is not an issue regarding safety. This is a technical issue.

We didn't rush back into it. There was consideration of not reopening.

It wasn't that the store was completely ruined. It could have been repaired and reopened without a great deal of difficulty.
