If I'm having fun, I'll be coaching. If I'm not having fun, I'm out of there. Right now, I'm still having a lot of fun.

You can't manage people's money part time and I love coaching. Every kid is different so I try to have a real good relationship with the parents. I have always had very helpful parents while I've been coaching. If someone is having a bad day, we can work together and help.

I like working with any kids. There are different challenges working with different age groups. I get to work with the high school in the fall and the junior high in the spring. It's a nice mix. I get to know the kids and stay with them for a few years.

They're doing well. I like to see them participate and have fun. We try not to put too much pressure on them. We just want them to have fun. They're just great kids.

Oh, heavens yes. I can't say enough about how fun it is. It has just really exceeded my hopes.

We'd walk those 2 miles from the house and found it was just so much fun being down here. We didn't want to leave.
