If I have nothing to sacrifice, I have nothing to gain.

If I don't have anything to sacrifice, I don't have anything to gain. From the Bible I have learned if you want something good, you must sacrifice.

You know me, I just run according to how my body feels.

I found I could also be good in cross country. I don't think my running style has anything to do with it. If you have speed and your body feels good, you can do any distance.

We expected to do better here. But everyone was surprised by the weather. We haven't seen rain in Kenya in two months.
