If everyone took down their walls of defense for an evening and sat round in a circle to shared their bag of pain and sorrows, they'd all realize they are much more fortunate than they thought, and less burdened, and someone somewhere understands and has been through it and they are not alone. Then we'd all leave happier and lighter than when we first came.
