I'd [tell investors to] hold out for AT&T Wireless. With things so dicey, I'd just wait for Mom Bell to come in and make it all better.

Alta Vista will be okay. It's a brand name, people recognize it and CMGI can group its technology offerings together and really provide Alta Vista a boost.

It looks like it's going to be another great week, even with a lot of people focused on higher rates. Investment bankers are putting together a lot of interesting deals, with the B2B cattle one being no exception.

It's historic. There are a lot of problems right now at the [NYSE]. I think you'll start to see an exodus of companies doing this.

This is a large float of 23.5 million shares, and that's a lot to digest. Typically when you have large floats, the returns are muted. We were expecting a return in the range of 50 and 60 percent.

A flight to quality remains the front mission of the Street's investment banking community.
