A role of a psychiatrist is complete opposite to what a man needs for true progress. A psychiatrist nearly always believes in suppressing feelings and emotions that are not in tune with common harmony. On the other hand, a man's true progress is possible only after he talks himself through things that mentally take him out of his worst times. And this may involve spending many sleepless hours.
