I'm at the point age-wise where I've decided it's time to pass the baton to people who have several terms in front of them and have the energy and the excitement and the engagement that is necessary to carry it on.

The excitement is inspiring. Everybody has this excitement and this energy on C.R. 17.

The Seattle area has the most energy, enthusiasm and excitement.

I'm here to pass the baton, so to speak, to some of these new inductees, many of which are guys that I respect in the business as being truly revolutionary.

It was just little things that cost us yards. They will be fixed, and we will do better next time.

If great intellectual powerhouse is a qualification to be a member of the court and represent the American people and the wishes of the American people and to interpret the Constitution, then I think we have a court so skewed on the intellectual side that we may not be getting representation of America as a whole.
