I'm a Raider. Die hard Raider.

We want to add linebackers to our staff. We really do. So it's a need and it's something we'd like to add to our group. We'd like to add some more linebackers but again, we just want to add talent to our roster. We want talent. We want speed.

There comes a time when you have to shut it off, let it go, and say it's not going to happen.

Should we have won more championships, more Super Bowls? Yes, we should have. But I don't think you put that on the head coach. We, as players, have to make that happen, and we didn't make it happen like we should have.

It's coming home to finish what I started. I left coaching, but I've never left the game of football. When the job opened up, I wanted to try to be a part of it, because I felt my organization, my football team, needed me.

I just want to get back to the point where ... when we walk into the Coliseum, the Raiders are here. And we're going to play in Black Bottom - we used to call it Black Bottom back in the day, now they call it the Black Hole. That's our home field. That's our home. You can't come in our back yard and win.
