I wouldn't say it's an incident.

It was an unfortunate incident, but we feel safe. It's a village of 5000 people and, when you get 5000 people, there's a likelihood of a whole range of things happening.

We have provided a report ... and they will be taking any disciplinary action they think is appropriate.

We'll really see if they love us or not.
