I wouldn't be surprised if we were now to see the other side of the equation: that is, these companies raising money in other ways than coming to the City (London's financial district).

I was surprised that a few companies did as well as they did, ... I was also surprised there were 10 companies that actively invite e-mail questions on their Web site and just don't bother to answer them.

That one really surprised me.

That is the financial side of the equation. What about the human side of the equation?

The demand side of the equation is shifting, and in two or three years you can really see global demand change.
