I would not characterize the conversation as a verbal deal. It was more an exchange of thoughts and ideas, and looking for information. We didn't make any arrangements contrary to what's in writing in the letter.

We need to put the rules together very, very soon.

They are going to look at everything and try to make a determination. The Corps is a learning organization. We'd like to learn everything we can.

Obviously...we have obliterated some forensic evidence. We believe there will be enough remaining after the water is removed to come up with a plausible reconstruction of events.
