I would like to see it reopened and revised. Sarbanes-Oxley has become extraordinarily expensive.

There are companies being told they have tens of thousands of material financial controls that have to be attested to, which on its very face is absurd. They can't all be material.

There's no question that the network is extraordinarily valuable and it's much more valuable than the initial monies that were put into it.
