I would have refused a mandate at a commission of inquiry that was investigating the program of another government.

I am a bit wounded by this,

I have to admit that I am annoyed to end a career with sanctions that I don't deserve based on facts that are not the truth,

I don't trust that man.

We are not moved at all by this in our community. The British government seems intent on appeasing these guys (the IRA).

We are acknowledging that end users who merely open and read government documents that are saved as Office XML files within software programs will not violate the license.
