I would characterize it differently. We think that it's a positive development. It's a message to all sides that time has come to engage in serious negotiations.

A 50-game penalty for a first-time steroid positive is not necessary to deter steroid use. Indeed, you have never defended your proposal on the basis that it is.

This leads to a complete misrepresentation of fact. From the public's standpoint, there is an implication that owners are getting a cut of the proceeds. People read this in the press and they believe what they read.

I don't think it's unusual at all.
