I work on starts and finishing fast in and out of my turns. It makes or breaks the race.

This is a strong race team and I know we can be competitive every week. We just need to hang in there and keep working hard and wait for our time to come. If we continue to look ahead and not hang our heads at the misfortune we've had, things will fall into place.

I got a best time in my freestyle for my relay. This is the first year I've actually done well in freestyle. I did pretty well in my IM, too.

From what it looked like today, we did really well.

The race has not gone forever, and I'm happy that they've decided to do the re-building work - even though it means the race won't happen this year.

She's very talented. She can work hard and she loves to race. She loves the relays and loves being part of a team.
