I work for a company that makes deceptively shallow serving dishes for Chinese restaurants

Now we're in the final stages. There's a lot of (due diligence) work to be done in the next 120 days, but it feels good to get everybody on board.

I don't want to achieve immortality through my work. I want to achieve it through not dying.

If you're not failing every now and again, it's a sign you're not doing anything very innovative.

Just because you work in one of the hottest restaurants in town does not give you the right to freely dispense the attitude.

I've worked in restaurants my whole life. It's hard work, but I've always loved it. I don't know if I could work in any other business.
