I went to her funeral and they had her and her baby in the casket together. That baby didn't have a chance to live or be loved.

I don't want this to feel like a funeral.

How could you go about choosing something that would hold the half of your heart you had to bury?

When I went to the funeral, it was just ...it really hit me hard. I've never had a friend that young die.

Then let's go to the funeral home. My son was beaten so badly it was unbelievable. We had to close the casket. What I want to know is why? How could anyone do that for $20? Just $20.

I'd find a way to do it - unless I'm in a casket.
