I was pitching with a torn rotator cuff and capsule. I think my velocity probably was down a little, but I had a solid year.

I was pitching all of 2002 with a torn rotator cuff. In spring training of 2003, I actually felt my shoulder rip. From that day until about a month ago, it's been a living nightmare. I wouldn't wish it on anybody.

It's probably going to be a lot like an advanced Apollo capsule.

There was a tear in the capsule area, a minor tear on the underneath surface of the rotator cuff that just needed to be cleaned up a little bit, ... My rotator cuff and my labrum were intact.

The capsule (on his left big toe) was not torn; it's just swollen. If Isaac's ready to go, he'll be ready to go. But we'll talk to him every day and just see how it is.

I think our defence probably is a little overlooked, but pitching and defence are going to win you a lot of ballgames.
