I was focusing more on my defense, hoping that something could come through on that end. Everything worked out. It was just one of those days (offensively). Everybody has a bad game, but I'm going to come back.

I was proud of the fact that we didn't get down on ourselves. We've just got to finish what we started.

I'm especially disappointed in how we lost. Beyond the free-throw line we did everything we wanted. You can't shoot free throws like that. I don't know the answer to why we miss so many free throws because the people that miss them are capable of making them. All we can continue to do is keep practicing them.

Foreman threw a masterpiece. His walk was the only blemish in the game as the defense and offense was perfect also.

We've gotten a lot better as a defense and, against Beach, we'll have to bring a lot of pressure because the quarterback has a real good arm and likes to throw deep.

Democrats need to be careful about how they proceed. If they come across as weak on national defense, an issue where the president is strong ... they will pay a price.
