I was feeling really good, especially since we haven't had much practicing time. It just gives me a boost of confidence this first (meet) to know that I can beat those girls.

Each team is different, and we need to learn to play against each different defense and each different offense.

They were quick. They moved the ball really quick and got down the court really quick.

Sometimes they go in, sometimes don't.

Obviously, our thoughts are with her, but at the same time, the show must go on. We just have to pick our heads up and know that with or without Lindsay, we?re going to have to do our best.

Our industry has needed this event for a long time. We are an anomaly - a huge group of competing professionals who cooperate with each other on a daily basis for the greater good of our peers and our customers. We need an awards event that acknowledges that spirit of healthy competition and inspires us all to excel to even greater heights.
