I was asked to be president of the Halton Peel Canadian Club and I didn't have a reason to say no.

I feel like I've accomplished something and I'm doing this just for the fun of it.

Early on I realized they were lacking the means to let the general public know we had great speakers.

We fell in love with the place.

The reason we don't currently do that, or historically have never done that, is the ports are small.

They can't keep them for the same reason they have to make them in the first place. Almost everything they're trying to change is a locked-in habit. The hardest thing to change is our habits.
