I wanted to open as soon as we possibly could. We've just had a lot of people with stuff to give away that have been after us about when we're going to be open.

If there are people who are older and just can't get out to drive and have things to donate, they can call me and we'll send someone to go pick it up.

I think that a successful project like this will help revitalize the community. And the community has come together, because they're so anxious for it to be a success. They want this community to be vibrant and full.
